Hello Music Educators,

I plan to try to post a thought on a monthly basis. I had hoped to get started in September, but I don't know where the time went! I know many of you are in the same boat as I, keeping our noses barely above the water line.

As this project is about mentoring, I hope you will share some of your best thoughts regarding that particular subject. How do you prepare for the school year? How do you keep up? Suggestions for the new teacher?
